An absurd, print-based project functioning as a low-tech approach to studying the energy changes of heat and stress within unannealed objects of the blown glass process. 

One cup subject of specific design was created on 3 separate occasions. After completion, the cup was placed hot onto paper in different orientations (right-side up, upside down, and sideways).  As the cup rapidly cooled down, it would stress and deconstruct itself. 

Could this deconstruction be mapped through burn marks made by whatever hot broken glass parts fell onto the paper? …and, if so, what image would this burning make? …and, if not, what does the absence of any mark making say instead?
