A collaborative video experiment with the Manufacturing, Technology, & Engineering Materials Laboratory at Corning, Incorporated translated into a transparent photograph. Imaging software was used to map the trajectory of a cup subject’s (un)doing when placed in various positions and orientations within an active kiln (operating at 1250F). Finished work produced as a backlit, transparent photograph.
